Agreement

Empire Source ("empiresource.com") hereby gives
you a non-exclusive license to use the software AutoSite
("Software").
For evaluation, the license is granted, and functionality
is limited.
For registered release you have to pay a license fee,
by following instructions located on the website at http://www.empiresource.com.
By installing this Software, or running the Software,
or by copying the Software onto your hard drive, or any
other storage device, you are accepting the terms of this
license agreement.
The term "Software" includes all elements of
the Software such as data files and screen displays. You
are not receiving any ownership or proprietary right,
title or interest in or to the Software or the copyright,
trademarks, or other rights related thereto.
You
agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred
or exported into any country in violation of the U.S.
Export Administration Act (or any other law governing
such matters) by you or anyone directed by you and that
you will not utilize and will not direct anyone to utilize,
in any other manner, the Software in violation of any
applicable law. The Software may not be downloaded or
otherwise sent, in any form, into (or to a national
or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has embargoed
goods or to anyone or into any country who/which are
prohibited, by applicable law, from receiving such property.
You shall pay or reimburse us for federal, state, provincial,
local or other tariffs, duties and taxes not based on
our net income, including all taxes, tariffs, duties,
or amounts levied in lieu thereof, based on charges
payable under this Agreement or based on the Software,
its use or any services performed hereunder, whether
such tariffs, duties or taxes are now or hereafter imposed
under the authority of any federal, state, provincial,
local or other jurisdiction.
The
additional terms and conditions apply:
You
may:
- Use the Software on any single computer;
- Use the Software on a second computer as long as the
primary user of each copy is the same person and more
than one copy is not simultaneously used;
- Make one (1) copy of the Software for archival purposes,
provided that any copy contains all of the original
Software's proprietary notices.
You
may NOT:
- Permit other individuals to use the Software except
under the terms listed above;
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
(except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit
such restriction);
- Create derivative works based on the Software;
- Copy the Software (except as specified above);
- Rent, lease, sell or otherwise transfer rights to
the Software;
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
- Modify, hide or remove any contact information generated
by the Software in an unlicensed version of the Software.
TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if you fail
to comply with the limitations described above. On termination,
you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
DISCLAIMER
OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without
warranty of any kind, including without limitation the
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of
the Software is borne by you.
Should the Software prove defective, you and not empiresource.com
assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK
STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND
ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
Title,
ownership rights and intellectual property rights in
and to the Software shall remain in empiresource.com.
The Software is protected by international copyright
treaties.
